Appointments

Dr. Linehan's Office Hours:
Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday 8:00 AM -12:00PM

Please call the office to schedule an appointment. Briefly describe the nature of your orthopaedic complaint, so the receptionist may schedule the proper amount of time. To expedite your care, please bring copies of any previous radiology reports and images, testing or surgical reports. The doctor needs to see the actual images on a disc, not just the reports. Also bring a list of any current medications and allergies. New patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to fill out forms. All information is stored in our electronic medical record. Upon scheduling or requesting an appointment, please be sure to leave a number where you can be reached in case an unexpected situation develops, and we need to contact you regarding a change in your appointment. 

Free valet parking is provided at the 900 Cooper entrance.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the office at least 24 hours in advance.

Every effort is made to accommodate emergency appointments, with proper respect for patients who have previously schedule appointments. 

All medication refills must be requested on weekdays prior to 12:00PM.
